We appreciate your order! We wish we could deliver your orders in a flash speed, so we will confirm your order within 24 hours on business day. But please allow our artists takes 2-5 days for thier handmade magic if out of stock. Sophisticated handwork processes may take more time. Please kindly refer to the "Handiwork Time" on product page before order.

SHIPPING FEES
We offer free standard shipping on all orders over 45.00USD around the United States. International shipping costs will be calculated at checkout if shipping is available to your country.
Please note that all orders placed on www.trytrycraft.com will ship directly from China. Orders are shipped with UPS, FedEx, DHL, etc.
SHIPMENT FOR AN ORDER WITH MULTIPLE ITEMS
We aim to have all your items delivered together. However, due to varying shipping options, we may occasionally send products separately. You will receive a shipment notification email once an item is dispatched.
ORDER CANCELLATION
To cancel your order before the product is manufactured or shipped, please contact us. Full refunds are available for canceled orders. If the product has already been shipped, cancellation is not possible. To cancel your order after receiving the goods, refer to our return policy.
CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES
When ordering Trytrycraft products, you are responsible for ensuring lawful importation into the destination country. The recipient acts as the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Additional customs clearance charges must be borne by the recipient; for more information, consult your local customs office.
P.S. Customs clearance procedures may cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.
