Shipping FAQs

These shipping terms apply to products whose pages show a 2-calendar-day dispatch time.

1. Where do you ship from, and when will my order be dispatched?
We ship directly from China.
1) Ready-to-ship items: In-stock items are dispatched within 2 calendar days of order placement. Handmade items that are already in stock follow this timeline.
2) Made-to-order handmade phone cases: Your case is made and dispatched within 3–4 calendar days of order placement. This timeframe includes production and preparation for shipping.
We dispatch orders on weekends and holidays as well. Delivery estimates begin after dispatch and do not include processing or production time. Choosing Fast Shipping does not shorten the production time for handmade items.

 2. How long does delivery to the U.S. take?
Estimated delivery after dispatch depends on your selected shipping method:
• Standard Shipping: 9–14 calendar days.
• Free Shipping: 7–11 calendar days.
• Fast Shipping: 6–9 calendar days.
These estimates do not include the time before dispatch.
 3. How much does U.S. shipping cost?
Before any applicable shipping discount, Standard Shipping costs $6.99 for order subtotals below $45. Orders of $45 or more can select Free Shipping.
Fast Shipping costs $7.99 for order subtotals below $100, $9.99 for subtotals from $100 to $199.99, and $15.99 for subtotals of $200 or more.
Order thresholds use the subtotal after applicable discounts, before taxes and shipping fees. All amounts are in USD.
4. Who qualifies for the first-order free shipping offer?
Customers who have not previously placed an order with us qualify for free Standard Shipping on eligible U.S. orders with a subtotal of $10 or more after applicable discounts, before taxes and shipping fees.
Enter your contact and delivery details at checkout and select Standard Shipping. The discount is applied automatically when the offer conditions are met. No discount code or email newsletter subscription is required.
Fast Shipping is excluded from this offer and remains charged at its normal rate.
5. Does first-order free shipping use the 7–11-day delivery service?
The first-order offer waives the charge for Standard Shipping, which has an estimated delivery time of 9–14 calendar days after dispatch. The Free Shipping option available on orders of $45 or more uses a different service, with an estimated delivery time of 7–11 calendar days after dispatch. Your selected shipping method determines the delivery estimate.
6. Can I combine the first-order offer with other discounts?
The offer can be combined with eligible product promotions. Your order subtotal must remain at least $10 after those discounts, before taxes and shipping fees. Applicable discounts and the final shipping charge are shown at checkout.
